Glow and Shine

When we dwell in the ‘healing’ paradigm, our focus remains on healing all the ‘un-healed/ un-assimilated’ energy- strands, and the task seems un-ending! It is like a gardener, who has his nose to the ground…busy pulling the weeds that keep raising their ‘un-wanted’ heads….the task is never-ending!

What if the gardener just raised his head and looked at all the beautiful flowers up there? What if he just left the weeds alone, and found out -to his delight- that they too produce fragrant flowers? (In fact, for some reason those flowers are more preferred by the bees and other nectar-seeking insects to all the hybrid beauties we ooh and aah about!)

What if we paid more attention to all our ‘healed/ whole/ assimilated’ energy-strands instead of ‘working upon’ our blocks?

I know from personal experience, that the moment we shift our focus (from weeds to flowers), our blooms truly blossom. We glow and shine………Our LIGHT at its brightest!!!

Food For Thought

Whether we like it or not, food remains the central core of our existence in this world. Most of our precious life-energies are used in procuring (which includes working to earn money to procure food), storing, preparing, consuming, digesting, assimilating, and eliminating food. Yes, what we eliminate becomes food for someone else. In fact, it amuses me no end how we humans- who think no end of themselves- are being used as ‘food-processing’ units by some worms, whom we call the lowliest of the lowlies!!

Those dung-eating worms must be having the last laugh, because no human can ever stop working for them. We HAVE to produce their food. We are designed for that. And we do this job for free; only to ensure our own survival! How interesting!!

Did someone say there are no free lunches (or breakfast or dinner)? Ask the worms. They are indeed smarter than we humans are.....:))

Now, the question arises that if God/ the Creator has taken such great care to produce non-stop food for these so-called scum-bugs........how about us- the humans- who are made in HIS own image? Won't our father/mother God- The Creator have thought of our sustenance?

Does it make any sense that the most intelligent of all species on Earth- the Divine child himself- is simply running around in circles, wasting the precious life-energy not in any creative pursuit (something befitting his stature) but in worrying about filling his stomach?????

We only have to remind ourselves that we are an INTEGRAL part of God's creation- The Nature- and The Nature provides for everyone's nutritional needs in plenty.

Who will call us 'intelligent' if we threaten/ destroy/ dwindle our own Source of Nourishment???? Will a dung-worm do that? Will it kill/ infect/ destroy a human (his food-producing machine)? NO............because it BELIEVES in Live and Let Live.........Something that each one of us needs to learn, in order to access Universal Abundance...........:)))

Come Alive

In this world of duality/ polarity, we all carry every positive and every negative trait inside us.........Since we love putting things in neat boxes and label them; we put together all so-called negatives into the box called 'ego' and all so-called-positives into the box called 'divine'........Most of our energy gets wasted in trying to come out of the ego-box (transcend it) and stay in the divine-box (embrace our divinity).........This is the biggest trap, we have created for ourselves (some call it spirituality).

The moment we become aware of this trap and calmly accept both aspects of our being (ego+ divine= Human) we are OUT of the trap.

That is when we gain self-worth (start feeling worthy of love, joy, abundance), self-esteem (start admiring and loving ourselves and our accomplishments), self-love (start honoring our desires, dreams, passions and aspirations), self-respect (start smiling at our own reflection), self-admiration, self-motivation (embody a can-do spirit), self-inspiration (become our own role models)...........

That's when we become a GENUINE/ AUTHENTIC HUMAN BEING........and start living our life to the fullest.......

That's when we truly COME ALIVE.............♥ ♥ ♥

Simple does it

The problem with the study of spirit (as with any other branch of study) is that we love using jargon. Jargon makes us feel important, while complicating the subject itself. In the process, everyone feels important but no one truly 'understands' their own words. Thus, every discussion ends up in an argument (either internal or external).....and not in a 'shunya' / thought-less state.....The solution lies in breaking down the jargon, simplifying the words, living the wisdom, and sharing from a space of being, where all is always well.......no more no less......♥

New Paradigms of Healing

In the past, we have shown others their areas of pain -as they have shown us ours- by mirroring each other’s pain in an attempt to discover our emotional wounds and blocks; but this ‘mirroring’ kept us all in ‘healing cycles’. Whenever one cycle was healed, another showed up; until we became sick and tired of healing. Then we reached a point, where we only wanted to move out of the cycle/ the loop. And the moment we expressed this desire, we were OUT. Suddenly we moved into a healed, evolved and whole living; with no one mirroring anything but love! From being a channel of healing, we became an example of ‘healed’ and ‘whole’ living.

As a channel of healing, we mirrored others pain -often by taking it upon ourselves. We tried to do the healing work for others, standing between them and their God; creating co-dependent relationships, where people looked up to us for healing and we believed that we can do this for them. But eventually we realized that willy-nilly we were preventing them from finding their true healing source, which is within them.

We also created ‘guilt-fear traps’ when others didn’t heal, making us think that we didn’t do our job well. Sometimes we attracted anger and frustration from others because we didn’t heal them.
But then we understood that healing others is an impossible task and we cannot do it. Only the one who suffers can heal him/her-self. It is between them and their God.

Now that we have become an example of healing, we can show others what can be achieved by doing our own healing work. Our joy-filled, happy lives show them how to live a healed and whole life.

As we own our healing, we become our own role-models. And from that space, we become better teachers, who walk their talk and talk their walk.

In this new paradigm of healing, we share/ mirror our joy, instead of sharing/ mirroring our pain.

Enlightenment

Living the life of enlightenment means knowing that I Am the Light.... that my Light goes out to make the crooked places straight, smooth, level and easy for me. I trust my Light; otherwise, I would not 'be'. I would not exist if my Light wasn't there........and the same is true for all of creation....We exist because we are the Light...Let us shine bright in this acknowledgement...♥

Discover Your Passion

The other day someone asked me, "What must I do with my life?" I gave my standard answer, "Follow your heart. Do what you are passionate about." He said, "Yehi to problem hai. I don't know what I am passionate about. I have a few interests but there is no passion." I tried another line, "Tell me what is it that you look forward to doing on weekends." He grinned and said, "Sleep." I said, "Wow! You are so clear about it. That's great. Take a few days off from work and just sleep to your heart's content. Sleep until your body/ mind/ heart says, bas ab aur nahin. No more sleep for me. I am tired of sleeping. and then ask yourself, 'what would I love to do now?' You will get your answer." He said, "I can't do that. I can't spend my hard-earned leave just sleeping. I may need it for some urgent work later. How can I do that? Even my family will be aghast."

You see the trap....:)) There is something which we want to do in the now; and unless we do it to our heart's content it won't let us get in touch with our true passion, and yet, we find enough reasons not to do it.

We need to understand that sometimes our passions are not really visible to us because there is something else which needs to be gotten over with first. So, please connect with your heart today. Ask yourself, 'What do I like to do best in my spare/ free/ leisure hours?' Accept whatever answer pops up - be it sleeping, watching TV, Internet surfing/ Chatting, lazying around, doing nothing, mall hopping, hanging out with friends, partying etc. etc. etc. and DO IT to your heart's content- at a stretch- until you are saturated (sick of doing it) and then ask the million dollar question, "Doing what would excite me now? What do I really want to do?"...You will get your answer.

Remember, no answer that emanates from your heart is ever wrong..........because it will ALWAYS take you towards the life you dream about. There may be some detours but they will only add to the fun--especially, when you look back.

So, what are you passionate about??? and who/ what are you waiting for???
