Pain Management

If you are experiencing any pain in any part of your body, it is an indication that some GUILT (regret over something done or not done + anger directed towards self that seeks punishment) is being PROCESSED (some energy is being integrated and some is being released).

A simple tool of pain-management is deep breathing. With every inhale inflate your abdomen like a balloon and with every exhale feel the balloon deflating. Visualize all the pain being released with each exhale.

Offer compassion (unconditional love + deep understanding) and gratitude to the cells/ tissues/ organs in pain.
